Argentieri has been covering the Iraqi and Syrian conflict for U.S. publications since 2014. Between 2006 and 2016, she was a political staff at Corriere della Sera, the Italian leading newspaper. She is a freelance writer for multiple independent publications and newspapers, while also contributing to several Italian radio shows.
